aight. havent been updating since it has been a really hectic week.

monday: modern dance frm 3pm - 9pm+

tuesday: modern dance 9am at o sch til abt 2pm. den had lunch tgt wid those modern+hiphop peeps n den hiphop session fmr like 3.30 - 9.30

wed: hiphop training frm 3pm - 7p+. watched Ghost Ship on chnl5. they censored out quite alot of scenes becus i think it was too gruesome for viewership.

thurs: modern dance 9am o sch til ~2.30pm. ryan started to separate us into groups for Slow Me Down item for Waves 13. woo. i like de grp im in. we call ourselves the cute gang. =D after modern went for lunch wid peepos also. den we rushed to boon lay for the photoshoot(which i din noe abt at all til jamie mentioned abt it during modern). nicole was uber hot in those dress ups. u'll know what i mean when de posters come up for waves13. (: n after that, went back to SP for hiphop session.

friday: de hiphop auditions for waves 13. there were audis for locking, punking, popping, groove, flava. i tried for all except punking cus even though i noe i dont do well for some of those, i wanted to like, hav comments n see whr i stand those kinda thing. i din go for punking cus i really cmi for dat. but de audis went kinda bad for me. sadded. i rly hoped to go in for locking. but yeah well.
oh after today, i realized 1 big big prob of mine, thanks to Schizo's comments. I HAVE LAZY HANDS/ARMS. pft. looks like i got lots to work on.. locking - sharpness + lazy arms. popping - angles + not too stiff? groove - lazy arms + groove? flava - erm, the flavour/hotness?

saturday: dug myself up for modern training. 9am in sch. pft. some chges here n there for Slow Me Down. den the Rihanna's Cry item, 12 girls chosen. den for de lyrical hiphop part of Cry, ryan said he actually planned to hav all guys only, but he say.. dat was the plan luh. WAS. so for those who wana try out for de lyrical hiphop part, go search frm youtube n learn~~ PFT.

went to woodlands wid mint n bev for lunch. had a nice bowl of chicken culet noodles at the cinema side the foodcourt.
mint went home. me n bev walked de whole CWP cus we din wana go home. den we each bought 1 baggy shirt frm Xcraft, cus dere was this sale thingy 1 shirt for 12. 2 for 20. so we bought 1 each.

after that went to bugis to walk walk. din plan to spend more. in de end this jacket caught my eye. BIG TIME. we walked pass dat shop, den de first thing i did was.. point to de jacket n said to bev "CHUNKY." haha! cus during KO Night Chunky was wearing this super colorful jacket. HAH.

i actually din noe whrthr to buy or not becus it was 28bucks n i was afraid mom wud nag at me. but in de end i settled for a green one. (there were black,grey,yellow,pink n green) n also heng i was just able to barely afford de jacket. borrowed $10.70 frm bev. and then, i was happy for the rest of the day. YAY!! haha!

took quite a while to edit the settings of this skin im using to in-my-opinion nicer looking font and color, plus, i settled on the September song, cus of SDZ intensive trainings.. haha! got me addicted to it.

was looking at dance related youtube vids ytd night - 1am+ becus nowadays, i dont noe wat to do when theres no dance n im at home. i think dance is becoming part of me.

oh and, i love Ryan! he's a really really big inspiration, though his modern trainings n choreo is rather tough. learnt loads of stuff frm him, not jus physical dance stuff, but our thinking..

Dance is not just about doing nice moves to impress other people.
Its about enjoying yourself and controlling your body to move in a way that portrays music, so that even if people cant hear that music, they see music through your body.

i despise people who dance JUST to impress people.
they are not dancers.

he is a very unique guy cus he knows about makeup and talks about lucid dreaming. he have a very profound blog on lucid dreaming too.

he's got the most special-est character in the whole class. he cosplays and he's got only 1 costume, which is a cosplay of Men in Black.

after our begn class ytd, a grp of us went to RP to sorta session. augustin, ray, louis, mahesh, meiliang n me. din rly acheive much cus we were all quite tired frm the six steps thingy.

its 2.10am as im typing this. shudave been in bed long ago. but i was blog hopping. ventured into many ppl's blog. mostly dancers. read some interesting stuff here n dere. din wanna stay on so late but after reading stuff here and dere, there's this bugging feeling in me... dat have been bugging me every now and then. and i cant take it, so here i am, yet again, ranting on my blog.

few days back, i was venturing into unknown ppl's blog and i saw a post of a girl talking about friendship, and somehow, that post seem to relate to me. since ive been doubting my friendship wid *** for quite a long time now... i shall censor out the name, cus i feel a tad bit bad about ranting abt her behind her back.

when we were young, nothing seems to matter.
a friend back then, was just
someone you play catch wid.
someone you share sweets wid.
someone you play scissors paper stone wid.

i checked the online definitions of friend, friendship, soulmate, and affinity.
FRIEND (i filtered out less important ones)

• a person whom one knows, likes, and trusts.
• a person attached to another by feelings of affection or personal regard.
• a person who gives assistance; patron; supporter
• a person who is on good terms with another; a person who is not hostile
• a person you know well and regard with affection and trust

now that we've all grown up, we forget the meaning of friendship.
or at least i am doubting mine.
i feel so sick sometimes.
always being shouted at.
always getting mean treatments.
always at the receiving end of anger.
always giving in.
always being overlooked.
always the no. 2.
always receiving hostility treatments for the littlest things.
i know its hard to find a friend now,
and ***'s a friend, i know. not an acquaintance.
and i appreciate the fact that she's been there for me
and if we arent friends one day, itd be really no life.

but, its so hard sometimes.
i know there was a period of time last time,
where i really find her way of thinking really immature
and i din find her my friend.
but that was last time,
i've tried now. i did.
i thought about it, and i tried being a best friend.
the best friend that everyone sees me and *** as,
but its just really hard for me.
i like going out with daniel n bev tgt, why?
becus its the only time i really dare to talk back to her,
or criticize her w/o feeling afraid dat id be given attitude.
it sucks when im the sensitive one who can pick up ppl's feelings,
and always caring for their feelings,
while she's the i-dun-give-a-damn person.
sometimes i rly find her immature,
but then again, i have no rights to judge ppl's maturity becus i might be immature myself.

but really, i cant stand the way she does some things;thinking.
(im gonna put this very bluntly, cus im sick and tired and idk how to put it nicely, and some stuff might be nth much but ive been her 'best friend' for a period of time now, and i know her character, so it kinda makes me sick)
like how she always say things w/o thinking through.
how she likes to 'lick boots', meaning always sucking up to ppl like dance instructors, or seniors.
how she always like people to know her, and when people know her, she acts like "oh, wow, u know my name uh, how u noe my name sia!"
how she spends so much of her moms money on unneccessarily expensive stuff n yet doesnt appreciate her mom.
how she dislike ppl just becus those ppl share the same item/interest as her. like example, she'd be neutral towards a girl, but when learnt dat that girl is also starting to learn bboy, like her, she will dislike dat girl from then on.
how she keeps complaining n complaining about wanting to quit smth, but still stay on becus she says she staying on becus of the instructor, but id always jus tell her, if u wanna quit then just quit. n then she will be pissed wid my answer. and i have no idea why, becus to me, if u wanna keep complaining, den dont do it, no one's forcing you. if u find it an annoyance, just quit luh.
how she obviously-to-me likes and wants to be popular but is some way or other able to hide it.
how she always like to criticize other ppl's dancing and then when she cant do a certain move, she'd blame it on de fact that its not her style;liking.
how she'd act big n shout "come la we fight la. dance battle come. see who win la!" whenever she's angry wid anthr dancer.
how she gets angry for no apparant reason (in my point of view), and then id have to suffer.

sigh. its 3am already. gosh. i feel so no life. i miss my pri sch bestie.. louise. n my sec sch dearie marlene. ahh. n my emi dear. X( blehs.

if you know who im talking about, im praying u wun tell her about this. becus i know she doesnt read my blog. but if you'd wan to, i dont mind, im just scared, as usual.

now that there's dance training almost everyday, except sunday, i feel kinda more inspired to be a hardworking dancer. tadahh! yes.

went to watch Hanadan Final wid bev tday at causeway pt. stupid cathay website, their book tickets website so unreliable. D: well anyw, the movie was nice. i wudnt say awesome, but its nice. =D i jus find it a waste that they made some parts so epic. like Tsukushi killing a bear wid 1 punch.. like, harr? GET REAL. &&&!! HANAZAWA RUI IS SO CUTE. ahh.

reached dover wid bev at 5 exactly. din noe whrthr to go hiphop session or modern. so we like sat at the crossroads n rotted. den walked to T11a, wanted to spy on hiphoppers n see wat genre they're learning, in de end kena caught by uncle, den in de end i pulled bev to modern. thank heavens in de end jayne smsed n say they learning punking.. n not locking. haha!

modern was quite relaxed. denden hiphoppers came over at ~8pm. bev was teaching me n meiliang basics of locking. den lumlum started teaching de whole grp of jrs locking, so yea. LOCKING's fun. hoho. =P

23 Aug (NDP Appreciation Tea) : i was late. n it was raining! meet-ed at redhill mrt den walked dere tgt. was late. performances mostly frm dancers. blehs. rach's slideshow wasnt allowed to be showed cus they said it wasnt included in the schedule b4hand. crappofied. i like de Fadilah(duno de spelling) n de two guys de perf. they sang a song they created by themselves. its rly very nice! its got a tune similar to de chorus of Natasha Bedingfield's Angel. but theirs nicer. x)

29 Aug (Teacher's Day Celebrations) : went back to CCHY to visit n see the chers day celebrations. heng i settled on shoes instead of nickerman sandals. stupid mrs sim n followers. =x we graduated students also hav to queue up n be inspected b4 being allowed in. so shitefied.
oh btw, de celebration/concert was lousy. really. it was boring =[ saw lots of old friends though. (: miss em so much. i miss sec sch days. haha! me bev n emi was like walkin back to our old classroom n toilet. gosh..

oh and, we managed to raid the staff room n visit the 'wonders of the staff room'. LOL. actually, its jus de booths of the teachers. some are really really worth visiting... there's dis female cher whose booth is TOTAL PINKNESS. my gosh. i walked pass n said "WA" quite loudly n dat cher heard n looked at me. HAHA. and there is a winning booth......
